Nine years ago in Southern California two entrepreneurs met who had a dream of opening a customer focused insurance agency. One of their family members was kind enough to provide them with space in their home for their first office. Within six months, they skyrocketed as a top provider west of the Mississippi.
At that point, they realized they had something special. They moved into an actual office and now have offices in Los Angeles, Austin, San Antonio, Columbus, and Dallas — and they’re still growing.
Great minds think alike
Our founders were also agents. They spent years on the phone as insurance providers and they understand the challenges faced by agents. They’ve turned Kanopy Insurance and into an insurance powerhouse — constantly improving the agent experience as time progressed.
We are proud of what we have accomplished together. We love to integrate new members into the team. We have a “right person, right seat” mentality — we look for great fits which has helped bring us success to our agency.
We keep our interviewing and onboarding process as transparent as possible — and we respect that you're interviewing us, as much as we are interviewing you.
Our hourly pay is above our competitor's and we have an uncapped commission structure. We encourage time off — and working on the weekends is always optional. We want you to be home in time for dinner.
We'll provide you with warm leads that include inbound calls and live transfers. If you're hired as an agent, you'll be hired to transact new business. We'll leave direct the customer service to our dedicated department.
